Grimcoven is a miniature boss battler game for set in a dark Victorian universe where only the hunt matters. To play, you take on the role of a hunter fueled by lament who has signed a pact with a coven of other hunters to venture on one of many modular boss battles. Every character has a distinct development tree you can use to advance. Build and execute your unique combo, such as teleporting into any space on the map, gathering lament, gaining extra dice, and firing up a devastating attack on the boss. Sometimes a special electricity die will help you power up your armor, while at other times, you will forge magical bullets to be fired at the right moment. Who and where are you fighting? Each game you choose from multiple arenas, bosses, elites, and possible adventures. Every game is different and exciting. Instead of following a scripted campaign, dive right into a boss battle for an intense 2-3 hour gameplay session. Every boss offers a unique gameplay challenge, and bringing them down will be tactically demanding. You must work together and take full advantage of the arena and its resources to achieve your goal. During combat, strategically use dice allocation to move around the board, fire up different combos, and gather lament to grow in strength. Build your character in roguelike fashion and try to claim the ultimate prize. Collect too much lament, however, and you may turn into one of the beasts you were sent to hunt, with your fellow hunters unable to help you in time!

Alchemists’ play style is one of force projection. They utilise a lot of AOE to control space and deny their opponents manoeuvrability. Their combo play comes from layering AOEs and generating huge areas of danger across the pitch. They are quick on their feet and capable with the ball, but not as resilient in combat as other teams. They excel in the early to mid-game due to their ability to cover a good amount of space. Alchemists will reward players who can anticipate their opponent’s plans and block them through good placement and positioning of models and effects. On offense, Alchemists can use their AOEs almost as additional models in order to restrict the counter play options of their opponent. No one wants to charge the Alchemist with the ball if you have to go through an acid cloud! What nature provides, man can improve. The Alchemists know this well and it is reflected in the scientific marvels they bring to the Guild Ball pitch. Watching the Alchemists play is part carnival, part fireworks, part illusion. The crowds cheer in awe at the visual spectacle as fireballs, smoke clouds, and slick oils dominate the field of play, delighting the children, decimating the opposition. Flexibility is the watchword of an Alchemist's Guild coach. In Midas, Calculus, and Mercury you have all the ingredients for the purest of alloys, a team that can be much greater than the sum of its parts. Whether you are blinding the enemy with oil or turning them into little more than human candles, the Alchemists will always have a response to any play; their vast knowledge putting them one step ahead of the rest of the pack with every kick of the ball. This set provides you with all you need to start playing the Alchemist's Guild

Brewers are tanky. Plain and simple, they are incredible at soaking damage up. But their play style is more than just being hit. They excel in late game as they generally have superior numbers left at this point, but their mid-game is also strong due to their knockdowns and board control. Not the most synergistic in terms of combo play, they do enjoy some degree of team buffing. Brewers generate the most momentum when pushing opponents in to and out of position with buffeting blows and plays. Relatively slow up and down the field, the Brewers rely on long reach weapons and easy access to pushes and knockdowns, thereby giving them huge board presence and control. Drinking and Guild Ball have always gone hand-in-hand. Most of the big championship matches will have street vendors selling a range of home brewed poisons to the gullible and the desperate. The Brewer's Guild has elevated the twin arts of drinking and playing far beyond the familiqar stumbling of the Sunday league drunks. Fueled by the pure amber nectar produced and aged within their secret distilleries, a Brewer's team is a maelstrom of physicality, a drunken wrecking ball staggering its way across the pitch. Using the Brewer's Guild is a lesson in violence and survivability. They can both absorb and deal out a tremendous amount of damage, whilst all the time knocking their opponents to the floor and sticking a tactical boot in. Tapper, Hopper, and Friday are an alcoholic powerhouse that are at their happiest in the center of a brawl. This set provides you with all you need to start playing the Brewer's Guild

The Engineers play style is accurate and controls a lot of space. They use all their gadgets, devices and traps in order to influence the flow and direction of the game. From a distance the Engineers seem to move as one giant machine as they play perfectly in sync with one another. They are resilient in combat which leads to their solid play style. Although not as mobile as some of the other teams they are able to move the ball great distances. Once all the pieces are in place they are able to control the pitch while pinging the ball around their opponent. Contains:1x Colossus

The unions play style is very individual to the role and play. They have an array of strong options across attack. Their defence game, however isn’t as strong due to their focus on assassin or surgical removal style play. Their strength and flexibility comes from matching the right players to the correct job. Each model is simply strong at what it does and does not require any assistance to do so.The woman known as Decimate is properly known as Svetlana Leonid Volstov III, a princess of Erskirii nobility. Born late in to a wealthy and influential family with no hope of succession, she quickly found a far more exciting life for herself in an organised and well-funded Brewer’s Guild gang. Ever ambitious, she quickly rose to a place on the Guild Ball team, becoming Decimate the duelist to her roaring fans. This all came to an end when a coup was staged within the guild by a rival gang, and Decimate was forced to flee following a failed assassination attempt. She now plays as a free agent for the Union, her flashing blades swirling in a dance of destruction.Contains:1x Decimate Models supplied unpainted, and may also require assembly.
