1. Shipping destinations & charges

All UK deliveries incur a flat shipping charge of £5 per order.

For international shipping, please contact us in advance at social@dicesaloon.com to discuss options and costs.

2. Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping method & delivery times

We use Royal Mail 48-hour service for all UK deliveries. This means you can expect your order to arrive within 2 working days from dispatch.

Please note this is an estimate and delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., Royal Mail delays, bad weather).

4. Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can monitor your parcel.

5. Delays & issues

If your delivery is delayed or you experience any issues, please contact us at social@dicesaloon.com. We will do our best to resolve any problems quickly.

6. Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos if possible. We will liaise with Royal Mail to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement or refund.
