Bookings can be made online via our website and are subject to availability.
Important: For bookings of 10 or more people, please contact us via email to arrange your booking—even during our free-to-play sessions as additional fees will apply. Groups of 10 or more who have not pre-booked will not be allowed entry.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking date are non-refundable.
If you do not attend your booking without notifying us in advance, a £20 no-show fee will be applicable.
No outside food or drink is permitted when the café is open.
An exception is made for customers who wish to bring their own hot food; in this case, an additional £3.50 per person fee applies and must be paid at the cafe before bringing food in.
Event tickets are non-refundable except under the following conditions:
You provide at least 7 days’ notice of cancellation before the event date.
The event was cancelled or rescheduled by us.
We are able to successfully resell your ticket.
If you are unable to attend an event, please let us know as soon as possible so we can assist you and make your ticket available for someone else to join.
Event tickets cannot be resold or transferred except by Dice Saloon Ltd.

Refunds will be processed after verification and may take up to 7 working days.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or over after 7pm.
