When will my order be ready?
We aim to fulfil all orders placed for pick-up within 24 hours, however please keep an eye on your emails as you will receive one as soon as it's be picked and put aside for you.
Those ordering for post, we aim to dispatch most orders within 24 hours. Usually, we are able to post orders on the same day they are placed as long as it is before 3pm Mon-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Any orders placed for a PREORDER item will not be fulfilled until the entire order is available. We recommend placing preorders separately to anything else you might be looking to order. Preorders will not be available to be fulfilled until their release date - as noted in the item description.
What do I do when I arrive for my booking?
If you have booked online, you will have received an order confirmation with a link to your order (or check your orders on your account on our website). From there you can download your ticket. Have this available when you arrive, so it can be checked and you can be directed to your table.
If we were able to fulfil your setup requests (e.g. terrain) they will already be on your table ready to go. Otherwise you will be directed to our Terrain and Playmat library where you can select alternatives from what is available.
As a reminder, we do not allow outside food and drink.

In some instances we may be able to order such items in for you, but that is dependant on suppliers.
