Eternal Decks is a limited communication co-operative game in which players try to complete the stage objectives before any one player cannot take an action. Players start the game with five cards in their deck, but will quickly look to acquire more cards from the various Eternals (characters within the game) who each have their own unique eight-card deck. On your turn, you must perform one action: Play a card (on the field, on the river, or by using an ability) Generate a jewel Give a card to a teammate There are restrictions when playing a card. All three rows in the field cannot have cards of the same color or same number next to each other. Additional restrictions are applied to a row based on the stage you are playing. Jewels are used to negate the negative effects brought on by the Eternals. The game has six stages, and the various stages will have you collect points, survive a ghost town, navigate a labyrinth, defeat a boss, and more to win the game!

When a surge in crime erupts across New York City, it’s the citizens who are threatened the most. Backed by a powerful ringleader, this new organized crime wave needs practiced hands and familiarity with the streets of New York in order to truly stand against it. The people need more than just heroes; they need a team of fearless Defenders. It’s the beginning of a brand-new wave for Marvel Champions: The Card Game! As the game’s ninth campaign expansion, Fear No Evil brings a plethora of classic Defenders characters to the table, including two new playable heroes, Echo and the long-awaited Daredevil. Each of these heroes comes with a pre-built deck that is ready to play from the get-go. Standing opposed to the Defenders are Kingpin and five of his greatest underlings, all of whom are wreaking havoc in their latest crime spree. This expansion includes six brand-new scenarios, five of which can mix and match which villain is paired with them. Each scenario can be played individually or sequentially as part of a larger, evolving campaign. Whether you’re a longtime fan of the game or are just starting to build your collection, you won’t want to miss out on Fear No Evil! Not a standalone expansion. Beast Board Game

Welcome to the Northern Expanse, a place where nature is still unexplored, mystical and dangerous. When the humans first arrived, they thought they found an unspoiled paradise, filled with bountiful forests, lakes swimming with fish and cold freshwater flowing from the mountains. But as their settlements expanded and the surrounding forests grew thinner, nature itself pushed back. Great creatures known as Beasts emerged, and with their fangs, claws and mystical powers, they proved an incredible threat to the humans. In order to protect the settlements, humans enlisted specialised hunters, tasked with tracking and killing the Beasts before too many of their kin perish. The Beast uses a deck of direction cards to move over forests, swamps and caverns, using guile and deceit to hide its track from the hunters. However, whenever a hunter moves over a location where the Beast has previously been, a trail appears. Only when a hunter searches a location or the Beast itself attacks an unsuspecting target is the Beast's actual position revealed. More so, each hunter has but one chance of searching each round, making it a tense and difficult decision. Hunters seldom have full information whether the trail they’re pursuing contains the Beast’s actual location, or if the trail has already gone cold. Each action you perform in this game is done by playing a card from your hand (up to a maximum of two cards per turn). This means that if a player wants to search, attack or move, they need to have a card in their hand that lets them do that. Before each round, both hunters and Beast participate in a draft for the most important cards. All action cards can be used by both Beast and hunters alike. In order to win this game, you either need to cooperate every step of the way if you play as a hunter, or skillfully outmaneuver your opponents if you play as Beast. On their own, hunters are never stronger than the Beast. Only when hunters communicate, strategize and combine their actions can they bring down the Beast before it’s too late. —description from the designer

  • Save -10% Kinfire Chronicles: Night's Fall

    Kinfire Chronicles: Night's Fall

    Out of stock

Kinfire Chronicles: Night's Fall is a co-operative campaign game that blends thrilling fantasy adventure with tactical, edge-of-your-seat combat. Play as one of six unique Seekers, sworn to protect the city of Din’Lux and help rebuild the world beyond. Armed with kinfire lanterns, you’ll brave the Starless Nights, battle the creatures that emerge, and guard each others’ backs against the malevolent forces trying to stop you. Each quest has three phases: adventuring, battle, and exploration. In the adventuring phase, players make choices based on options presented on the quest cards and need to accomplish something (such as crossing a river or chasing down a suspect) by flipping the correct number and color of cards from their decks. In the battle phase, players work together to defeat enemies on a physical battle map. Turns are determined by drawing chits out of the destiny bag, with each enemy having numbered tokens that correspond with different attacks and actions. Players may play action cards on their own turns to do damage and can play boost cards on other players' turns to do things like reduce damage, move players, or even return a drawn chit to the destiny bag for redraw. The game doesn't end if an objective isn't achieved or an enemy defeats the heroes, but it will affect later gameplay and choice options. Lastly, on certain quests players can return to the city in the exploration phase to speak to NPCs, purchase items, and level up their decks. Woven throughout each of these phases are cards that require you to make a choice, such as resting before moving on or charging into battle, or whether or not to spare someone's life. The characters in the game have their own set of morals and standards, and playing according to your character can earn you Kinfire tokens that help you level up. Ultimately though, the decisions you make are yours alone. —description from publisher
