A ticket for Brighton ElfBowl 25 The elves of Athel Loren love the beautiful game, especially when it is beautiful. The most important aspect is glorious feats of skill and spectacular touchdowns. As such, when they put on a tournament the focus is goals, goals, goals. The tiebreakers are TDs scored and passing completions (including superb throw team mates). No CAS prizes are available, but that doesn’t mean you can't hit things! RulespackTourplay

The annual Spring Break Blood Bowl tournament is due to be played on floating pitches out in the bay, but there are rumours of a beast below the waves. Full Details for the Rules Pack can be found here The Team TO: Amsel (@SaltySeaWench on NAF, discord etc) The Day 10.00: Registration 10.15 - 12.45: Game 1 12.45 - 13.30: Lunch 13.30 - 16.00: Game 2 16.15 - 18.45: Game 3 19.00: Close Rounds will have a strict 2.5 hours running time. If your clock runs out of time you will only be allowed to set up players for a new drive before passing turn to your opponent. You will need to bring with you your (ideally painted) team, legible dice and all appropriate tokens. Pitches, dugouts and scatter templates will be provided. Tickets 30 places available This is a NAF sanctioned event, but NAF membership will not be a requirement. All games against non-NAF opponents will be uploaded as played against the dummy opponent for ranking purposes. (Fail an enforced GFI on a frenzy blitz, i.e. a GFI that you only have to take because it is the second block on a frenzy blitz) Conduct Blood Bowl can be a passionate game, but coaches are always expected to respect their opponents, and to allow them to play the game their way. Enjoy the highs, despair at the lows, but never take your eye off the fact that this is a game. Aggressive, abusive or insulting behaviour will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to disqualify coaches who act in this manner.

Upcoming dates for the Drowned City campaignOctober 17th - One Last JobOctober 31st - The Western WallNovember 14th - The Drowned QuarterNovember 28th - The ApiaryDecember 12th - The Grand VaultJanuary 9th - Court of AncientsJanuary 23rd - Obsidian CanyonsFebruary 6th - Sepulchre of the SleeperFebruary 20th - The Doom of Arkham Welcome investigators to Dice Saloon's Fright-Day Night Arkham Events. This event is held every other Friday at the Saloon, 7pm until late. These sessions are ideal for those already somewhat familiar with the game looking to meet with other likeminded investigators and get some multiplayer games in. Often this this is in the form of an eight chapter campaign. A brief on stand-alone scenarios is detailed towards the bottom. You will need: Ideally TWO legal investigator decks built to the specified XP level. One that has the ability to gain clues easily and regularly or one that can handle themselves against the monstrous threats of the encounter deck, then your second deck can be whatever you like. The XP level will be updated based on the previous scenarios and shown in the campaign log (google doc link provided below) If you own the scenario it would also be very helpful to bring that. We recommend each player bring an additional deck in the unlikely event we need to 'balance' the groups a little better - a group of four clue getters may not provided the best results. A copy of the scenario. This is not important but we only have access to a couple of copies so extras will always be required. Please do not be offended if yours isn't used. (It's better we have extras than not enough!) A set of tokens and chaos bag along with any 'keys', and the blessed and cursed chaos counters. Again this not important but we will only have access to limited sets. We will be playing on Standard difficulty. There is no need to commit to every scenario during any campaign. You can drop in and out of any scenario, abiding by the rules currently set by the campaign log.In each campaign we will be insisting that your investigator deck be built with a total experience no more then 3 below the maximum available. This is to ensure that the power level of your deck is adequate for the point the group are at in any given campaign.Campaign logStand-alone scenarios Standalones are much like regular scenarios however you can spend experience before the scenario like being apart of a larger campaign. These are ideal for those less likely to be able to commit to a full campaign but enjoy the Arkham Horror experience and for those that want to test some cards before using them for a campaign perhaps. You will need to supply your own tokens, cards and chaos tokens and scenario. It's very likely there will be enough tokens and scenarios around for use during the event however we just want to make sure everyone is covered. Your own cards/deck is a must! When playing a standalone game (i.e., playing a single scenario as a one-off adventure, removed from its campaign), the following rules apply:= When building a deck for a standalone game, an investigator may use higher level cards in their deck (so long as they observe the deckbuilding restrictions of the investigator) by counting the total experience of all the higher level cards used in the deck, and taking additional random basic weaknesses based on the following table:0-9 experience: 0 additional random basic weaknesses10-19 experience: 1 additional random basic weakness20-29 experience: 2 additional random basic weaknesses30-39 experience: 3 additional random basic weaknesses40-49 experience: 4 additional random basic weaknessesA player cannot include 50 or more experience worth of cards in a standalone deck. Cards such as the 'Strange Solution (IDENTIFIED)' may also be included for these scenarios. We would also encourage players to adhere to the rules of TABOO, Mutated and Chained/Unchained cards. See link below for the full list of FAQ's and list of affected cards.https://www.fantasyflightgames.com/en/products/arkham-horror-the-card-game/
